So I went through the drive through at about 7:45 pm Friday night September 16th and when I pulled up to order my food first off... the girl that was taking my order didn't want to help me at all. Had an attitude when I asked about a $5 box. I still orderedone and I forgot I needed to order 2 of them so I asked to add another one to the order and she told me she couldn't do that.That she could only do one order. Don't even know how they are still open. Terrible experience. Go get an expired bag of chips from a gas station it will be... better than whatever they serve here. It's a shame corporate keeps this store open. Didn't look at the reviews before I camehere, surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. Know what, I used to hate going here, we'd literally avoid this location because it was unreliable they weren't nice etc. But we... went maybe a month ago and had the nicest group of people serve us in the drive through, made us laugh got everything right andthey really just made you smile. We went again last night hoping we'd get lucky again and we did. Blessed that works there is sokind, her customer service is perfect, she knows what she's doing and does it right. I really hope she's the manager because ifnot she needs to be. Read more
It's disappointing that when you pull up to get food and all workers are in lobby with doors locked. Drive thru only. Wait on... someone to answer drive thru. (7 min) after seeming like I was bothering me I left. Jack in the Box do better. !! It's timeslike now you need to impress people, give great service. Pulled up at 9:25pm and the young woman at the order window apologized and said she had just taken her last order of the night.... She sounded pleasant, and like it wasn't entirely her fault that they were closed earlier than their actual store hours listedas closing at 10pm, but the experience was confusing and disappointing all the same. Do not go to this location. I've lived across the street for many years. You will wait a very long time and the food will not... be good. I give the location a chance every few months. It hasnt changed. This store is not an accurate representation of Jackin the Box. I grew up to one and was never disappointed. The crew is definitely under staffed and probably under paid. Iassume the "owner" will reply to my comment as they have for other 1 Star reviews. You have been getting bad reviews for years. Do you have plans to improve? Read more
Zero stars. Was completely ripped off and received hard non fresh food. I ordered a small order thru drive thru. 12 tacos, and... lg curly fries. The fries were burnt, old, not fresh, and hard to chew. Paid 12.87 for 12 tacos and 0nly got 8 tacos!!! Tacoswere hard and cooked in old grease. Should of looked at the reviews before going there, especially since I'm new to the area.Jack in Box I see you responded to all the reviews but what action have you taken really?! On Friday 11/11/22 at about 8PM I ordered 8 Monster tacos only to get to get to the window and learn that they had made me... regular tacos. I told the young girl, I did not want them but wanted the monster tacos. She left the window then came back andsaid they couldn't make them, they didn't have any. I handed them back and asked for a refund which I was given. After waitingin that line this was do disappointing. Everyone was very nice though although she was mistaken about those tacos. But, what awaste of my time. I'm giving up fast foods, which I should anyway. Don't understand why I'm so addicted to those monster tacos.But, this is it, done with those fast food lines and waste of my time. Giving up fast food. Lol. Update: Obviously, I was liedto unless there are deliveries on Saturday mornings because on Saturday afternoon I called and was told that they had Monstertacos however, they were serving food because the person who answered phone was the only worker there and, no one else was onthe schedule until 4PM. So apparently, this location was refusing to correct their mistake and instead LIED to me because theythought I would just keep the regular tacos. Read more
