Always loved the food here and our go to place every Sunday, but now they got rid of the fried chicken. Unfortunately they have... now lost our business. I accidently ordered my food from La rosa in Staten Island (thanks to google :)), and when i... went to pick up my food from Berkeyl Heights, the in charge there was kind enough to understand, call the staten island branchto get my order cancelled and quickly give me my order. Since I have been home bound due to surgery and disappointed by these new fangled food apps I have to say that this was the most... well priced, tasty, home cooked meal I have had in such a long time. Kudos to La Rosa's. Friendly, reliable and worth everything. I will be calling every week for supper even after I am allow to drive and go back to work. We love this place! Tried it on a whim since my 12 yr old son is a picky eater but loves a good chicken tender. La Rosa did not... disappoint! The grilled chicken (mild or spicy) platter with 2 sides is awesome for the grown ups and the chicken tender combowas perfect for my son. He loved the mac and cheese and the corn bread treat. Now he always asks for La Rosa as a treat meal! Read more
