All the baristas were super quick and accurate, I like that they explain things on the menu or if they?re out of something... they?ll give you a similar ingredient for a substitute. The customer service here is beyond magnificent. The workers treat every customer with kindness and make it their duty to make... sure their order is correct. Terrible service and horrible attitudes?. I placed a mobile order for 2 cake pops. After 30mins of waiting I politely inquired,... in return the two employees were very nasty and told me all I had to do is ask for it? I replied back that I?ve never heard ofsuch a thing and the two employees than became argumentative. So my guess is the HUGE mobile pick up order sign does not applyat this location!!! Nor does respectful customer communication! Than to make matters worst, after I exit the restaurant theemployees tried to antagonize me from the window. Read more
