All the baristas were super quick and accurate, I like that they explain things on the menu or if they?re out of something... they?ll give you a similar ingredient for a substitute. The customer service here is beyond magnificent. The workers treat every customer with kindness and make it their duty to make... sure their order is correct. Awesome Starbucks!!! They have the friendliest barista and drinks are always made right !!! My mobile orders are always ready on... time and never wait long. The seating area is spacious and relaxing so you can get lots of work done here or just hang up withfriends. Read more
Come here regularly, and I've got to say, this has got to be the best Starbucks on the East Coast. The staff never fails to be... polite or get me anything I need and I have been coming here for a very long time. I'm not one for chain coffee joints, but themanner in which employees treat customers and the drinks themselves is out of this world, when I'm in there it seriously doesn'teven feel like a Starbucks, rather a warm invitation to a friends house. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search for anykind of drink and overall good time. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks to make a mobile order from. The baristas put your order behind a tall glass so you cant pick it up... and even go as far as writing on the glass please do not reach over the glass. The problem is they never are there to give itto you and completely ignore the mobile order pickups- the fact that people are reaching over the glass should be a big hintthat they?ve been waiting there for a long time because they are being ignored. The Starbucks employees are either busysocializing amongst themselves or just standing around. Either get rid of the glass and allow people to pick up their orders ontheir own or just be attentive and when you see people are standing around for 15 minutes or more by the mobile order pick uparea, ask them if they need help. . By the time you get your mobile order it is cold. Gillette NJ Starbucks had a great mobileorder set up where they allow customers to just pick up their orders on their own. Terrible service and horrible attitudes?. I placed a mobile order for 2 cake pops. After 30mins of waiting I politely inquired,... in return the two employees were very nasty and told me all I had to do is ask for it? I replied back that I?ve never heard ofsuch a thing and the two employees than became argumentative. So my guess is the HUGE mobile pick up order sign does not applyat this location!!! Nor does respectful customer communication! Than to make matters worst, after I exit the restaurant theemployees tried to antagonize me from the window. Read more
