I am Baltimore born and lived there for 20+ years where Snowballs were a part of summer life. However after moving to the... Virginia mountains in 2005, I have woefully missed the sweet refreshing taste of a Snowball with ice cream on the bottom andmarshmallow topping. The local ice cream stands only offered snow cones which are NOT snowballs. For 17 years I have dreamt ofhaving a Snowball once more. THAT DREAM IS NOW REALITY! Thanks to Charm City Snowballs, actual, legit, Baltimore snowballs cannow be enjoyed by the Virginia and West Virginia community! They do it all...marshmallow topping, ice cream on the bottom, andfeature all the classic flavors like Spearmint, Egg Custard, Cherry, Batman, Smurfs, and so many more. I just returned from myfirst trip there with my family where we all agreed that we will be back sooner rather than later. Went to this snowball stand and got an egg custard with marshmallow, service was outstanding so i gave them a $100 tip....
