If you spend any time in Berkeley Springs or even just pass through, don\'t miss Mary\'s Vegetarian Cafe, it\'s a must! We had... curried chickpea stew with brown rice, a Tuscan white bean soup and vegan focaccia. It was all delicious. The chickpea stew hadjust the right blend of spice and richness to make it memorable and mixed with brown rice it was tasty and filling. The soup washearty, delicious and was a meal in and of its self. The focaccia was perfect on its own, and really made the meal even betterwhen dipped into the soup or stew. The desserts were outstanding. The chocolate brownie was moist, rich and very chocolateywithout being too sweet. If you like peanut butter and chocolate together, then don\'t miss the peanut butter brownie. To top itall off, the owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly and really makes her customers feel at home. The food was incredibly fresh tasting. I really felt energized after my meal. The acorn squash was some of the best I\'ve ever... had. The bread was also great. Definitely a place I\'ll come back to.
