Went through this drive through on a Friday afternoon around 1245 (Peak lunch hour traffic). The kids and I got meals that were... customized (no sauce and only some toppings etcetera). Not only was all the food and milkshakes delicious and fresh, we were inand out in 5 minutes, which us just impressive considering the line wrapped around the building and it being a custom order.Every person we spoke to, including the ordering screen and the windows, were so friendly and joyful and really made theexperience great for us. We were in a hurry to get to the Cacapon State Park and wanted a quick and easy lunch on the way andthis McDonalds location did not disappoint! Read more
So bad. Basically they were doing drive thru but keeping the dining room open. No ice in the soda machine, no napkins, slow... service, and apparently it is possible to ruin a fish filled sandwich. Read more

The food was typical, the restaurant was clean and easy to access, and the staff were polite while serving us. However, we ate... in the restaurant and had to listen to a couple employees loudly complain about how much they hate working there. I get it...but that doesn't mean I want to hear about it while I'm eating. Read more
I am hard of hearing. I went in this afternoon and the young woman (long dark hair tied back in a ponytail) was very snotty to... me because she mumbled and there was background noise and I couldn?t hear what she said. I was picking up an order at thecounter. I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. She just glared at me and looked at me like I was an idiot. She also gaveme no napkins. Normally I don?t complain about this kind of thing, but under the ADA McDonald?s should treat all customers,including those with disabilities, with kindness and respect. This was missing here. There is always training happening during peak times. The manager is always screaming at employees. The drive thru window takes... forever at times. I only have experienced a few people in the morning that no what they are doing and have things moving. I wishI knew their names. Read more
