This place is amazing. From the decor to the staff to the owner. I'm in love with the pizzas! And you HAVE to try the Cryptid... Club Sodas! Pineapple is my favorite so far. They also have a Cryptid gift section, where you can get coffee and hats andt-shirts and do not forget the handmade Plushies! My favorite pizza place. Read more

Such a cute and welcoming business. I loved the ordering process once I figured it out. The atmosphere was very welcoming and... the staff was helpful. We went around closing time for lunch and the line wasn?t very long. I do wish the crust on the pizza wasa little more firm, it was so soft and flimsy that the topping fell off when trying to get it out of the box. But other thanthat we loved everything about it. I loved the honey sriracha sauce that was the topping on the Nightmare on Braxie streetpizza. The sauce and ricotta cheese really calmed down the spice of the sriracha. I will be ordering that pizza again. Kid mealswere wonderful, my children loved having their own pizzas and the cookies. I?m glad to have a new location in Berkeley Springsto get pizza. Great flavor, but size not as advertised. Ordered two 13 inch pizzas, both were between 9-10 inches. The box is indeed 13... inches, but the pizzas did not come anywhere near that size. Also, they need a system in place so you know when your order isready--maybe a screen with your order number? Just putting all of this out there for quality control purposes. With that said,the flavor was amazing and I will be coming back once they get all the kinks worked out. Read more

Love the neon cryptid theme and youthful vibe this place brings to Berkeley Springs. The pizza options are based on classic... favorites but with quirky and flavorful twists. It's still new (as of fall 2022) so they've got a few kinks to iron out, but thestaff is so friendly and it's obvious they're working hard to meet everyone's needs! We were unable to call in our order, but weplaced it on arrival and it was done in 15 minutes. Plus it was a great price for a customizable pizza!! Read more
