Decently priced hotel for a tourist town. Located well for walking around town. The hotel building is dated but clean and... everything worked. The main stairwell smells like an ashtray from all of the smoking that occurs just outside of the door. Thereis a gauntlet of smoke from employees to get through getting from the hotel building to the main building while the restaurantis open as well. You will have to do a little bit of work to figure out basic things like the restaurant and bar hours. Makereservations if you want to eat there. Read more

What a wonderful night spent at the Country Inn, during a horrible time for our family with my nana Ellen Gould in hospice we... needed help and a room asap and everyone was so helpful, so kind and caring we will always stay here going forward even after mynana passes this was one of her places, my great grandmothers, and now mine and my mothers favorite hotel in Berkeley Springs.We could not have asked for a more beautiful clean quiet room with historic antiques and interesting town tidbits, and afabulous food. Hands down the saving grace of our horrendous time. Cannot wait to try their spa & explore more of the groundsand history and see the beautiful Christmas decorations. Thank you to Sarah, Hannah and all of the hardworking wonderful staffand people who helped us and have maintained this historic landmark hotel. Read more

We attended a beautiful wedding. The staff were absolutely amazing, and the building/grounds we're peaceful and inviting. The... room we got was just right, very comfortable. After dancing all night like friends, we slept like babies. Read more

Ok! So it?s October 22nd. A beautiful day, but now chilly. We paid $291.00 for the night and online before I booked I saw the... fire pit outside and thought, how nice we can sit outside. We were told it has to be consistently chilly out before they lightit. They don?t have propane! REALLY!!!! Who sits outside in November when it?s consistently very chilly by a table fire pit. Very disappointed!!!!! That was what I was looking forward to. False advertisement! Will not be back! Room, honeymoon suite,mediocre at best. There are 2 honeymoon suites. We stayed for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and booked the honeymoon package with spa package. We were both... so impressed with the relaxing atmosphere and customer service. Went to dinner, we had Onion Soup, Drunken Mushrooms, Chiken Christi, and Meatloaf Wellington. Each were excellent! Flavorful... and expertly prepared. I also had a non-alcoholic drink of different berries and it was also very flavorful and delicious. Theoutside patio was just lovely to sit. The one draw back was the slow service. Read more

Very nice hotel right next to the state park. Our room was in the building behind the main building and it was spacious and... updated. They also do have some dog friendly rooms which worked out great as I was traveling with my dog. We ended up gettingbreakfast elsewhere as they only had one server on in the morning. Read more
