I have nothing but great things to say about my first visit. I'm only disappointed that I didn't know about them sooner. Went... there for the first time tonight. Got the three taco combos with Chicken, Steal, and mushroom. All three were fantastic. I'venever had mushroom taco before until now and I would get it again. Also got the chips and queso. That was also delicious aswell. Definitely planning to make more trips to Casa Amado. Everyone there was super friendly as well. We also ate outsidebecause the weather was lovely. Read more
The Casa Amado Food Truck catered our graduation party, and it was amazing! Fantastic food! Tacos were delicious and we loved... the chips and green salsa. The service was prompt and friendly with our guests. Emilia is wonderful to work with. She wasresponsive to all questions, accommodating to our needs, and super helpful with ideas and suggestions for the party. SO GOOD! We stopped by on Friday because a friend told us about it, and it was absolutely worth it! Tried every Taco we could... ???? and while we were waiting for takeout had a beer and realized it's a FULL BLOWN RESTAURANT with tons of seating - so wewill be back with friends soon :) Also, check out their website and the background on the chef. Really enjoyed the vibe and service! I would like to see more basic taco options such as asada, al pastor, and carnitas. And in... my humble opinion, I would prefer the chips with a more dense tomato salsa than the current red salsa (salsa roja). Restauranthas a lot of potential and I would like to see them succeed! Delicious, complex food! The salsas are rich, flavorful and multi-dimensional, the chips were fresh, and the beef birria and... pork tacos were meaty and completely enjoyable. Chiles and other flavorings were in the meat, and the accompanying toppings andsauces were well matched. I had a margarita that was delicious too. Ordered taco bar takeout catering for an at-home NYE party with some friends. From a swift email reply to my online catering... request to instructions for how to perfectly reheat the corn tortillas before serving, there was so much care, attention todetail, and friendly service that went into everything. Very cute under-the-radar spot. My girlfriend and I went for the first time last night and received a warm welcome from... everyone. The food was very affordable, portions were large, and everything tasted great! We tried 3 different kinds of taco,chips & salsa, guacamole, rice, black beans, and margaritas. My favorite thing was the pork taco. Small dining area, but felthomey. We will be back for dine-in and takeout many times now that we know about this little gem. Read more
