They are so disorganized in this place. I believe she's an Indian lady, she's the worst. She's very confused and has NO idea of... what to do. This place continues to prepare customers' food without gloves or proper food safety PPE. Roughly 1 month ago, my wife walked... into the aforementioned establishment and noticed their worker (now we know as "Mo"), that was not using gloves when building acustomer's sandwich. The worker was using his bare hands to grab the bread, meat, and toppings to ensemble the meal. Obviouslya concern to my wife, she confronted both Mo and the manager (Robby) who apologized at the time and said it would not happenagain. Fast forward to today - the first time we have been back since the last incident - I walk into the Cottage Inn Pizza topick up an order we placed over the phone. To my surprise, I witness "Mo" grabbing lettuce with no gloves and preparing acustomer's salad entrée. I immediately complained and the manager asked Mo to put on gloves. The manager did not seem to takeit seriously, though, and did not throw away the customer's food and remake it as they should have. Instead, they packaged itand put it in a bag to be delivered. Once I got home, I called the place of business to file a complaint, at which time theManager then assured me that they threw away the food before it was given to the customer and had again talked to Mo. I do notbelieve they did. And I do not believe they take us seriously or our complaints when we continue to see workers handling foodwithout gloves.
