This place is way over rated. Got sesame chicken lunch combo. Plum sauce was very vinegar tasting, fried rice was dry & clumpy... with parts cold, egg roll was tiny & lacked any flavor (no shrimp detected) Kams is Way over hyped, CASH only and I?ll NOT GOHERE AGAIN. Food was amazing and the portions were fabulous. We got 2 meals & 2 egg rolls for under $30. It fed 2 adults for at least 3+... meals each. Would recommend- cannot wait to try more dishes!! Read more
This is the best Chinese food around! We moved away to another city and it is still worth making a 40 min round trip to get it. ... My only gripe is that it is strictly cash only. So I just make a point to ask for the total when ordering and swing by an ATMwhen picking it up. But the food is all worth it! Read more
I just ordered Szechuan chicken. It came with no sauce. When I went back up the lady explained that Szechuan is stir fried... veggies and chicken with no sauce. It is literally disgusting. I have never had it this way including from here. I could haveboiled chicken and veggies at home for half the price. Thanks for nothin!! Read more
Rice was burnt, no bean sprouts or onions in rice, egg rolls have no flavor, chicken was overcooked like its been sitting for... awhile. The only thing good about the meal was the sauce. And they don't accept credit card or debit, smh. This was my firsttime eating there and will not be ordering from them again. Read more
I moved to Royal Oak a year and a half ago and am an avid Chinese food consumer. I had searched for a quality Almond Chicken... dinner at 7-8 different restaurants in the area and it all was very low quality with high prices. Cash only some of the best Chinese on the west side. Clean inside and they got mad wok skill.
