Food was fine. The employees were scattered all over having a title to much fun. You?re at work, pay attention to what?s going... on. Need some mature managers to keep the kids in line. Read more

Very clean inside. Cashier was difficult to understand as he was mumbling. Appeared to be only two employees, however they did... very good getting orders out in a timely fashion from both the counter and the drive through. Be sure to view the menu as priceshave changed/ increased, many times over the last year. Read more

Have been to this location twice, both times I placed a pickup order online. The first time I went inside to pick up my pizza. ... The order was not ready yet despite it being past the scheduled pickup time. I was referred to as, ?that guy in that lobby?. When I was eventually handed my order, they forgot to include the side of marinara sauce that was included in the order. By thetime I left the lobby, it was 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. I ordered a single pizza and crazy bread. The secondtime I went to pick up an order, the front door was locked and so I could not pick up my pizza from the ?pizza portal? as peronline instructions. I waited in the drive-thru for 5 min and once I approached the window I was informed my order was notready yet. I was instructed to wait in the parking lot, where I waited for an additional 15 minutes, wasting gas to keep theheat running in my car. Overall, my order was 20 minutes late. I ordered a single, stuffed-crust pizza. I don?t believe theemployees here use the online ordering system. They probably instead wait until you arrive to process your order. If you havea busy schedule and/or respect your time, consider going elsewhere. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered via app. Went to pick it up, but the lobby was closed. So I had to go through drive through.... After waiting 15min to get through the line, then I get told they just put my pizza in the oven. If I had the option to cancelthe order when I saw the lobby was closed I would have. This is uncalled for and the franchise owner should be ashamed ofthemselves for the way they operate this location. Read more

I ordered online for pizza portal pickup since I know this location is slow. When I got there the lobby was locked and I had to... spend 20 minutes in the drive through line just to get the pizza that was already paid for and waiting for me. Lots of otherLittle Ceasars nearby, so this one can be avoided in the future. Read more

DO NOT ORDER AHEAD! When their lobby is open, this location offers great service with the best quality in the area. When their... lobby is closed, expect that you won't be able to actually pick up your online order due to the long lines (40-60 minute waitswhile having to park on the road). Going to have to call corporate for a refund since this location isn't able to answer phoneswhile short staffed. Read more

Love the Little Caesars Berkley location. Only location around for miles that has the drive thru. As a result, the inside is... closed and use of the pizza portal is.....well..... you know. You always got fresh and hot pizzas here pre-pandemic but now,not so much. They do their best being understaffed and extremely busy from open to close. The wait in the drive thru can besometimes up to 45 min long though it's normally like 20 minutes or so. Key to getting a hot and fresh pizza is to wait untilyou get there and then call in your order while you're in line. By the time you get to the window, it will be hot. In spite ofeverything that's going on, I'm giving them 5 stars due to what they used to be like for years pre-pandemic and the fact thatI've never had a problem with this location for over 12 years. The last two times I?ve ordered from this location the dough has been under cooked. Itjr lightly done ones is what they sold me... today. The golden brown ones are the slices I had to throw back into the oven so they?re edible. Tastes and smells like a afrozen pizza Read more
