Went here for my lunch today and the experience was not pleasant. You had one crew staff singing and cursing, playing around.... Had one customer tell a employee to let them know they had customers in the lobby which they made it seem like they didn't carecause he kept cursing to whatever song he was hearing. They act like they didn't care. Most were acting like they did not wantto be there. Just a bad experience all together. Will not be going to this location again. Read more
The mexican pizza is ALWAYS "out of stock", every time. Today, they said that they can't serve the black bean quesarito through... the drive through lane. We ordered and PAID FOR 2 cinnamon twists, but were only given one. We have also been told that theycan not accept cash at the counter inside, only at the drive-through window, even though the drive-through cash register isLITERALLY 8 feet away from the counter. All of these things over time, as well as the fact that the dining area inside isalways filthy is a sure sign of BAD MANAGEMENT. I don't trust the cleanliness of the food anymore. Read more
TB is my go-to fast food stop and guilty pleasure lol. I?ve had good experiences and bad. Sometimes if I have a big family order... they forget main food items or sides. A few times they?ve been out of beef or the system was down. Recently I?ve had morepositive and quick experiences. I think they have newer and better staff now. While attempting to complete an Uber eats order, I was advised the system was down and I?d have to wait 10-15 minutes, which I... did. Upon system reboot i pulled up the the window, advised I was there for Uber eats. The young lady who appeared to be amanager advised I would have to pull around and place the order. This made no sense to me especially because she was the one whoadvised that I park in the first place. She completely wasted my time and her attitude was just as bad. I would give no stars ifI could, also reported back to Uber Eats. Read more
