Good food, great service! The parking lot was packed, so we didn?t have a lot of hope. We only waited about 5 minutes to be... seated, so that was perfect. You could tell by the occupants (not even half full) that they?re likely struggling with beingunderstaffed like many other places right now. However, they did great. Got seated and served fairly quickly. The food was not bad. I was the only person in there though at 5 pm. Order wasn't quite... right but nothing too major. Overall seems decent enough for a quick bite and go. Read more
The food was good. Our waitress was good. My only complaint is that when I went up to pay the bill, I stood there for close to... 10 minutes waiting on some one to cash me out. The workers clearly saw me standing there waiting to pay and not one of themacknowledged me, until, like I said, close to 10 minutes later. The worker that cashed me out had RBF the entire time we werethere. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Read more
Ordered at 2:41am online. Came into store 305am 9/12/22. Was greeted 309am at bar. Food was not ready or near started. Cook/Host... said he just saw my order. Only one person working. Said he was closed except for my order? Said he can just give me a refundbut his response was to give him a few mins. Took him 16 mins to make food. Food was ordered 44mins ago. I was the only onethere sitting at bar. I want my 10% tip back lol. This is why i never tip too much for takeout. Bc you never know what youregoing to get. && if service is great, i give cash on top of the card tip bc im actually selfless. I ordered online on the appbecause im a truck driver here in corporate america and i dont have a lot of spare time. This is a rat race crabs in a bucketbro. Its been 30 mins+ since i made my order. Saw him microwave my broccoli in plastic. Yuck. These dine in restaurants reallymicrowave our food wow smh, just east fast food then. Then we wonder why DIS-EASE is thriving like hell. Food was ready 325am.No untesils like I asked online but i was already over it and ready to go. My attitude was ok, his was poor. Wavy fries weregood as always. Broccoli was good. Portions good. Build ur burger meat quality is like mcdonalds but 1/8 bigger than 1/4lb.Everything was fresh and hot and well done. Nothing was rushed at least. & the food was decently good. Came in at 3:30pm on Saturday afternoon on 7/30 I absolutely couldn't believe how dirty it was. The floor was disgusting!! The... table I was sat at felt like it was caked in grime. The menu...I didn't even want to touch. They also need to be cleaned.. I seeemployees doing nothing but standing around chatting. It was not busy at all. 3 customer's in the building. This place needscleaned up and sanitized badly. There is even trash in the window seals. Management needs to do better at making sure they arekeeping this place clean. I ordered fries over the phone and they told me ten minutes. I walk in 15 min later and it?s not ready. Also there was a man... waiting to be check out. One of the workers assisted him in paying for his food and completely ignored me and walked away. Thankyou guys for wasting my time and causing me to end my shift later than I have to. As a truck driver this is what I dread themost wasted time when attempting to get a bite to eat. That?s supposed to be one of the times in the day I can enjoy myself butthese folk took that away from me. Also that I spoke to one of the servers about it and she let me know that was the managerthat ignored me and her name is Karen. This lady just looked at me and rudely walked off and and her excuse when the waiter toldher I was waiting on my food is that she ignored me because I was scrolling through my phone as if I?m not supposed to scrollthrough my phone when waiting for an order. This lady looks very very miserable and should not be the manager . She has nocustomer service skills whatsoever . Also the waiter spoke to me in a tone as if I was rushing her when I kept the same tone andan easy facial expression. The workers at this location have no people skills at all. I wanted to take a picture of her but youguys will see who Karen the manager of you ever come here. They wasted a total of 30 min of my time for two orders of friesonly. The service today was fantastic with Jessica, despite being alone doing the service she managed her time, very calm and always... has a smile.. We love the food, I had San Fe Sizzlin Skillet and my husband had the Grand Slam, it was delicious. We would loveto come back and we want her service again. Read more
I have been to tons of Denny's across the map. This Denny's is a very good one. The ladies here work very hard. I would say they... don't need help, because they do an excellent job. However, they do bust their tails. Every time I stop here, The cooks on everyshift gets my orders perfect every time. Never had an issue. Until last night... A young lady with braids saw me standing therewaiting to be seated, she finally came over and said I'll be with you in a minute. Well, she proceeded to walk past, go behindthe counter and started drinking her beverage. She continued to stand around sipping and looking at me. So another waitress cameand sat me. That's when the other sipping waitress noted, all of her tables were dirty????. The lady that sat me and served mewas supposed to be off the clock. She took my order, served my food, kept checking on me and servedy dessert. I'd say she stayedover an hour of her shift ending and didn't even complain. Listen, I'm not a huge whistle blower. So, when I've witnessed theseladies break their back and go above and beyond. For this young lady to go against the grain is a shame. This is neitherprofessional, good customer service, nor is it good work ethics. I know it's hard to get good help, but no one ... especially atruck driver that spends days on end on the road, coming in for a hot meal, deserves this type of treatment.
