Cool place to get your burgers, fast and polite crew members there.
I wanted in line about 7minutes before reaching the intercom. When i got there i told the lady give me a minute since the app... was loading and i needed to give her my mobile order code. She said next time don?t do a mobile order in my drive through, rightnow I?m in a timer. I told her i was waiting more than 5minutes. So said so i don?t care. I proceed to wait more than 15minutesin the ?rushful timed? drive through for my child?s order. I legit only come to this very location since it?s next to Mcds.Worse service hands down. Burger King at 146 New Britain Rd, Berlin, CT 06037. Stay clear the attitude and the whatever they want to give you staff.... Morning Breakfast right in the Garbage. French Toast sticks Burnt , Crunchy and parts look half eaten on both orders. Coffeetaste and Smelled like soap. This place needs to shut down or hire People who Care. Read more
This Burger King is in a terrible location. Almost unnoticed. The workers and staff wear hair nets but no gloves. Honestly they... all looked too have dirty clothing on as well. Very unwelcoming. Read more
Replace the people at the window. Stop hiring people who can't be kind at the window. I'm assuming this is a franchise location... since no one cares. I said no cheese. I'm allergic to cheese. Had to toss the whole sandwich out. Cost $11.96. That's an hour ofsome people's lives. Definitely avoid this location. Read more
First of all they are the rudest people I have ever met in the food service industry. I go to a lot of restaurants every day. No... thank you they talk away from me and when asking excuse me and they're rude when they answer you.
