I absolutely love this cafe! I first came here with my sister after hiking Ragged Mountain and I have been back almost every... weekend since and everything I've had has been delicious. The staff are also very kind and helpful! There's also good wifi andplenty of electrical outlets if you're looking to settle in and get some work done. Or cozy up on some of the comfy chairs andread for a bit. The first time I went I ordered a crepe with raspberries and biscoff cookie butter. It was amazing! Theraspberries were fresh and the cookie butter was warm and gooey, wrapped in a crepe that was perfectly cooked with a butterybrown crisp outside. The crepes are huge so definitely order one and split it if you're with a friend (or come hungry and enjoythe whole thing!) I also got a spiced cardamom latte which had a nice aromatic flavor. I've also tried the hot chai, the carrotcake, the pistachio cake, and the oreo cheesecake and they are all good as well. But I would definitely recommend the crepes themost, they're the best! From the minute I walked into the Cafe Busy Bean it felt comfortable and very clean. I wasn't sure the type of coffee I wanted... but with the help of staff I was in coffee heaven. The breakfast bagel was delicious ????. My new favorite coffee spot. Read more

Beautiful cafe in the heart of downtown New Britain. I posted up to get some work done here today: great customer service, clean... facility and an studious aesthetic with a good beverage variety, bagels and selection of deserts. Will be back! Read more
My wife and I both ordered the sausage egg with cheese sandwiches on a bagel and they both tasted utterly disgusting. Her egg... had green spots in it as mine had Brown in it. My wife ordered the peppermint mocha latte with 2 shots of espresso and theespresso had a bitter after taste meaning that it was not done right. They never asked her what kind of milk she wanted and theoverall taste of the coffee was excessively sweet. To be honest if I could I would give them 0 stars! Read more
This is a great little coffee shop. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and cozy. The coffee is good on the strong side but good.... The cherry pastry was a smidge drier than I thought it would be but an amazing flavor!!! For a gal that?s from Boise ID thisplace was a little piece of heaven! Read more
The food and beverages are delicious will be back! However, I feel bad for the one staff member who is always working by herself... on Sundays in the front of house. I am sure she would appreciate having a work buddy to help her out at front. She is doing atremendous job on her own though! Read more
