2 times now I've tried this stores drive thru. The first took over 15 minutes with only a few cars in line. Today I decided to... try again on my lunch break. Big mistake. Took 20 minutes with only a few cars. I only ordered a small hot coffee. When I got upto the window they didn't have my order and couldn't find it! She repeated back somebody elses order that wasnt even close. Howthe hell did that happen after wasting 20 minutes in line idk. And they wanted to retake my order at the window and make itthere but I was already late to go back to work and said nvm. I left with nothing and wasted my whole lunch after only orderinga small hot coffee. I will not be going back after 2 bad experiences. Seems like better management is needed Read more
Good service, pleasant staff. Prices are getting out of hand unfortunately, like everywhere, so I don?t go that often anymore.... This restaurant deserves a 5 star though and be sure to tip! Read more
Waited in line for 10 mins. Finally got to the microphone and the guy struggled to understand us. We ended up telling him our... order 3 times (just 2 coffees, nothing fancy). When we got to the window they handed us coffee that did not match what weordered (hot instead of iced). Then told us it was 9$ for 2 coffees. When I questioned it they made me feel stupid...2.44 eachplus tax was what they stated. I explained the basic math of 3+3 is 6 not 9. Turned out we were charged for 3 coffees...thenwhen we gave them the money they couldn't get the register to open, we left without getting our change. We were there for over20 mins. Read more
Every time I go here the experience is horrible. I was charged $8 for 4 donuts as they rang it out incorrectly, the store was... open for an hour but the muffins weren't ready and when I asked when they would be, they just repeated they weren't ready.Employees are rude, untrained, sit and talk instead of helping customers, place is always dirty and garbage overflowing,obviously owner/management doesn't care due to how many bad reviews there are and nothing seems to be done about it. I came to Dunkin 1/16/2022 and I ordered medium hot mocha coffee 4 creams and they gave me SPOILED CREAMER. I went there again... today,1/19/2022, and just like other day, this little old Man makes my coffee nasty every time and I get the same thing everyother day and the wait time is horrible. I will not be returning to this Dunkin and I almost slipped using the bathroom onemorning that place is disgusting and need to be shut down!!!!! ?it?s so bad i wanna give you a zero, but that?s impossible, so igive you a one? Slowwwww, I will not be coming here anymore took damn near five minutes just to order (inside). Took the girl 5 minutes alone... to find the the damn bagel button. I asked for it toasted w cream cheese, she put not toasted and no cream cheese. Very muchannoyed and late for work. Don?t even waste your time literally. Not to mention didn?t even get the large hot coffee and all youhave to do is pour!!!! Read more
I have been going to this location once or twice a week before work around 6:20am for around 10 years. It used to be... unbelievably fast and efficient. Today was the last time. I pulled in at 6:21 AM, and didn?t leave until 6:39 AM. There werefour people working and only two cars ahead of me. I ordered a single coffee. (I did have to repeat my order multipletimes.) The sign never stays lit up and the speaker is impossible to hear. When the drive-through line is long, there is noreal option to go inside because there is not adequate parking. To leave, you have to reverse into the line of cars waiting forthe drive-through. I was late for work because of this ridiculous incompetence. No one inside was wearing gloves or a maskexcept one younger man. Read more
We stopped here on 11/18/22 about 6:00pm on a game night at veterans stadium. Tried to order a bagel sandwich was told toaster... was shut down as they close at 7pm, when I asked for a coffee I was told its not on her menu screen so she couldn't make it(Nutty Pumpkin). I mean its game night and its cold alot of people want hot drinks, never mind we wont be going there again butloosing out on other business because your crew wants to close it down early. SMH and to top it off this location is super slow,you wait in drive thru 10 mins at times, wish there was another dunkin on that strip. Spent our money at Mcdonalds instead,which BTW was packed!
