I worked here for a month and it was the rudest, most emotionally stressful situation I have ever been in. I wanted to cry... everyday after work. The store Manager is as rude as can be. Basically calling you dumb. They write you up even with a hospitalnote, that being a reason I was fired. The district manager sees all this and just lets it all happen. Overpriced milk. This Dunkin staff does not know how to make coffee drinks. They are inconsistent and you'll end up paying for... mostly milk on your iced/hot coffee, latte, or macchiato. Steer clear unless you want to be disappointed. Read more

They can't add requested creamers! I ask for 6 every day and maybe 30% it is correct. Today it was so dark I just poured it out.... It was gross without the amount of creamer I asked for. I'm done. Initially wanted to dine in, but was turned off by the coldness of the staff, and there lack of willingness to help correct my... order. I was told that a lot of people make the same mistake that I did, and there was no resolution offered to make me happycustomer, and correct my order. So I decided not to dine in obviously. Somebody please hear me and realize that there is a openmarket in Ocean in Pines for a legitimately owned mom and Pop establishment coffeehouse. Read more
