We were sitted way back in an area where many of the.booths had cleaning supplies and it wasn't even crowded. Strange people... don't think about those things in regards to customer satisfaction. Service was good. Waitress was very attentive. Syrups areno longer on the table. Food was just okay. Sausages like toothpicks and eggs over done. Husband got a Buffalo chicken sandwichthat was mostly bread. Love that they give you a whole carafe of coffee though. That's a nice touch. Read more
Sunday afternoon short staffed breakfast place might not have been best place to pick. Had small wait which was ok, order taken... fairly quick, but needing refills and silverware our waitress was hanging out by the register chatting. Thankfully anotherserver stepped up to help. We just left this IHOP! It is August 29,2022. Our experience, not so great! This was my first time, in an IHOP. I will not be... going back. There was a wait when we arrived, about 15 minutes, no very long. The doors upon entering the building were verydirty, later on to find the bathrooms, even worse. Once we were seating our waitress did come to the table and brought ourdrinks pretty swiftly. Taking our order was timely too! However, the wait for our food was over an hour. The waitress came toour table, after we had been sitting with our drinks a while, to let us know that our food would be out soon, there was aproblem with the computer system. We waited longer. Refills for a drink took a while too. As we waited, the table next to usthat was seated after us with more people, received their food, and we still didn?t have ours. THATS when I chose to not waitlonger. I approached the register to pay for the drinks we consumed and had to wait again. I eventually let the workers know, Iwas not waiting to pay for our drinks like we had been waiting for our food. Eventually the manager waived and let us leave. Wedidn?t pay for anything. Very disappointed today! We were on our way to the beach and this held us up a couple of hours. I dohope they can get it together! Read more
All places have bad days and well this must have been a particularly bad one, it was on July 21. It was not particularly busy... when we arrived, ordered our food and waited. There started to be red flags when I heard the waitress tell a couple next to usthat turkey sausage takes a long time to cook, at that point it looked like they had eaten most of their meal and were ready tohead out themselves. At least a half hour rolls around and despite the low traffic, we were waiting for our food, a request fordrink refill on apple juice could not be fulfilled as the machine had just gone down, a quick comment by me that it sounds likesome issues were going on got a response that machines needed serviced and we were the last customers before they were lockingthe doors. We got our food, it was good but then our group needed to use the restroom, sadly those were out of service as well.Not a particularly good IHOP stop but things happen. Read more
Food was good and server was excellent! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they don't have enough help, as... of yet! I also think it's brand new opening so they're working things through but the food was great! Much better than otherIHOPs I've been to. Read more
We went to breakfast out there because the prices were so much better than in the Bay area! We all got something it was so good... and I would definitely go back. You get a good portion and the waitresses are very attentive to you also to check on you andmake sure your food's good,, loved it!!! Read more
We stopped in for breakfast last week while we were vacationing at OC. Our breakfast was good, no complaints and the place... seemed clean. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name to give her credit, she wasgreat. We'll likely be back next year when we return for vacation. Read more
Honestly very disappointed in my experience at this IHOP location. First we stood at the door waiting to be greeted for a while... before a very exasperated waitress came to greet us. After being seated after 40 min, we waited another literal 10 minutesbefore someone came to take our drink order. He rushed us through our order and was just really rude. When we got our food itwas wrong and my drink tasted like carbonated water. I don?t think their drink machine was working. He never checked on us whilewe were there. Not for refills or to see if the food is good. Nothing. I only added a star because I could see they were verystressed due to a party of like 40 that took two waitresses from the floor. I just think maybe the wait staff needed to take abreath and relax a minute not take out their frustrations on your guests. Read more
