You wait in line for an hour in drive through before you get your food. The new setup is so painfully slow. We drive to Gorham... Dunkin?s order then come back and the same people are still waiting in line. Go to Gorham and save yourself the time. Read more

Standard DD. They ran out of donuts, and just about everything else on Donut Day, by 10 am. Sometimes staff is great, other... times not pleasant. But, the food is fine and the staff does serve you quickly. Read more
You can't go inside and order because they're so short-staffed because they don't treat their employees right so you have to sit... and drive through for over an hour for a coffee that 9 out of 10 times is made wrong or they try and charge you for extrasweetener when you didn't ask for it (they tried doing this to my fiance numerous times) I would give no stars if possible butthe lowest I can go is a one star I'd be better off driving an hour one way to Lancaster to get coffee but the only convenienceis that it's less than a mile away from my house Read more
