I worked here wen I was younger the way they treat their employees is disgusting and I still see it happening behind the counter... to this day. Of course if they mess up ur order it's your fault not theirs. The managers are very cliquee, belittle(in theworste way) and gossip about the little teenagers learning to work. very hostile environment. Oh and their all liberals . Read more

Came through for breakfast and ordered a diet coke with my meal my dad ordered a regular coke, when we got our drinks the top of... mine had the little diet area pushed down and the kid at the window ensured us that was the diet, long story short few milesdown the road we turn around as they were not right, diet top was on regular coke. Cant imagine its that hard to keep track whenfilling them up ? Read more
Wow, I can't believe how rude the one older employee is that works mornings, Kathy i believe i heard someone say. She's not just... rude with customers, the way she speaks to the other employees is uncalled for. I think it's time for her to retire. It feels like most times I stop (I try NOT to) we get terrible service. Missing food has been an issue once or twice but not... super often. Can order the simplest things and receive an attitude or rude conversions with the employees they have. THIS ISUSUALLY THE STAFF AFTER 3pm** Read more
I stop here quite often and most of the time my orders come out perfect. They do slip up from time to time though, like today... unfortunately. I know my orders aren't very complex, but it's my fault for not checking before I get home. I'll still be backsometime again haha! Read more
The Berlin mcdonalds can never get your order right, give you the right amount of change, have respectful employees, and never... do their job in a timely manor. The GM that has been there for years should be replaced with someone more competent.
