It?s been a while since we visited but j just came across my pics from there and wanted to share. Quarry Hills is one of our... favorite wineries of the many we?ve visited during our travels. We bought multiple bottles of The Buckeye Red on our last visitto Ohio but quickly ran out. It is by far our favorite wine. The only negative thing I can say is they aren?t allowed to shipout of state-not their fault! The food was delicious and perfect to pair with wine. The atmosphere and setting is perfect. I work at an assisted living facility and brought a group of residents to enjoy lunch and some wine. We made a reservation ahead... of time so they knew we were coming. My fiancé and I spent a rainy Labor Day perusing Quarry Hill?s fermented delights. The area is just beautiful, as opposed to... Western Ohio, rolling hills and their accompanying beautiful verandas makes the setting top notch. The ample indoor and outdoorseating combined with a very tall ceiling and elegant windows of the winery proper draw you in and promote a relaxed yet refinedvibe. We sampled most of the available wines. My favorite was the Buckeye Red. The ice wine, mead, and assorted beers combineto serve any palate. The service was quick and pleasant.
