If you are driving through the Palm Desert area and want gas and a quick bite, get off the I-10 at Washington. Head south one... block and there is a very reasonably priced 76 station next to this Carl's Jr. This restaurant is very clean and they have lockson the bathroom doors to keep "non-customers" out...which keeps the restrooms very clean. I stop there generally when I drivethrough. Super easy, freeway, off and back on. Check it out if you are in the area. Read more

There is a lady that works here that has absolutely no personality and is not welcoming whatsoever. I know working at a fast... food place isn't everyone's dream job, but my god, at least you have a job. She's just extremely robotic. I go out of my way tobe friendly and nice to people when I go to any fast food establishment because I know it can be overwhelming, so when peopleact this way it's just weird to me and comes off extremely rude. Also, every time I order here and she happens to be workingthe drive-thru I ask for ranch and EVERY single time she's been the one at the window she says they don't have any. This isduring my lunch hour in which I'm going around noon. How do you completely run out of ranch by noon? How do you not have it atall? It is extremely strange. Read more
Not very happy with the food or the time I waited to get my order. No one was in front of me, it was very slow. I put in my... order at the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for my food to come out. All I ordered was 2 burgers, they were dry andover cooked. Must of been a bad night, im still a Carl's fan!. Read more
Lady who was working nightshift may23rd 2022 wouldn't take my order even though I was there before they close. She said it would... take 5 mins to make my food and didn't want to take my order. Very bad customer service. She needs to be talked ro by a managerof higher ups. Read more
The one bright spot was the girl that was singing while she was filling orders. Had to get a code for the bathroom so expected... it to be clean....WRONG! Couldn't eat my food. If the bathrooms can't be kept clean it shows how the rest of the restaurantis. Couldn't even get my drink cup. Had to wait to ask someone for it. The crew was nice though.
