Came to get a sundae ???? and I was told they don't make sundae ???? anymore. I was definitely stunned I've never been to a 31... flavors where they dont make sundaes.. I definitely won't be going back... ?? Read more
This place never has options. Their menu is limited every time I stop in. Don?t waste your time waiting in drive thru for items... you can?t even get. Wait time in drive thru is ridiculous especially if they don?t offer more than half of their menu. Read more
They seem like they are always out of Butter Pecan or Pralines & Cream Ice Cream! But I guess I should be thankful they had ANY... Ice Cream AT ALL, because before I came to this shop near my home, I was at the one on Central (was already in the area) & itwas completely out of Ice Cream (supposedly due to freezer failure). Don't know what other freezer they use to make theirdonuts & other restaurant items (I'm hoping they have a walk-in freezer & didn't just toss out 31 flavors of ice cream) I hopethey fix-it soon or figure out a work-a-round with another freezer. After three horrible experiences at this location, I will never go back again. This last time, we ordered 3 simple sundaes.... First off, they have maybe 4 flavors in stock. Toppings? None. Then they completely messed up one and used two different flavorsof ice cream. Since we were driving, we asked for lids. We were told they were out of lids. We'll go to the one on Southern nexttime.
