This place never has options. Their menu is limited every time I stop in. Don?t waste your time waiting in drive thru for items... you can?t even get. Wait time in drive thru is ridiculous especially if they don?t offer more than half of their menu. Read more
They seem like they are always out of Butter Pecan or Pralines & Cream Ice Cream! But I guess I should be thankful they had ANY... Ice Cream AT ALL, because before I came to this shop near my home, I was at the one on Central (was already in the area) & itwas completely out of Ice Cream (supposedly due to freezer failure). Don't know what other freezer they use to make theirdonuts & other restaurant items (I'm hoping they have a walk-in freezer & didn't just toss out 31 flavors of ice cream) I hopethey fix-it soon or figure out a work-a-round with another freezer. After three horrible experiences at this location, I will never go back again. This last time, we ordered 3 simple sundaes.... First off, they have maybe 4 flavors in stock. Toppings? None. Then they completely messed up one and used two different flavorsof ice cream. Since we were driving, we asked for lids. We were told they were out of lids. We'll go to the one on Southern nexttime. Super rude to my husband, out of most flavors, no bananas and put off-flavored chocolate shell on freezer burnt vanilla ice... cream when we asked for hot fudge. Wth happened to this brand?! Read more
Took my 5-year old Grandson for a treat for his Kindergarten graduation & there were 2 female employees eating donuts & they... quickly went to the back kitchen as we walked in. We were the only customers there. My Grandson chose what he wanted so I stoodat the counter & there were 2 employees up front that totally ignored our presence. I asked 1 of them for service-blank stare &the employee at the drive-thru window came to take our order. I mentioned to both employees that this was a treat for myGrandson's graduation, again blank stares. No congratulations or any form of encouragement. My Grandson dropped his spoon onthe floor so I went to the counter to look for another spoon by the napkins, straws, sugar packets, etc. & no spoons so I asked1 of the same 2 employees for another spoon & again blank stares. Another employee that I hadn't seen came from the side with aclean spoon. I will never patronize this location. Terrible customer service. No masks or gloves used when handling food items. Read more
Half the flavors were out and almost all of them were mislabeled, yet the employee seemed very annoyed when we asked what the... flavors were. The display was a mess, and they were out of cherries, spoons, and properly sized lids. As others have me tioned,the Dunkins portion is just fine, but the B&R was comically bad. Read more
We?ve been here on 3 occasions and each time they?re out of 75% of the flavors. Never have hot fudge or waffle cones. Employees... are friendly, but serious inventory issues. Read more
