My, but these folks are incompetent here. After getting several orders wrong over a few month period, we stopped doing business... there for several months. Last week, we did two of the ?2 for $5? double breakfast croissant mix ?n match. Got home anddiscovered they were single (?2 for $4) rather than the double we paid for. Went back this morning for the same and was told itwas now ?2 for $6? even though the menu said ?2 for $5? (they ?hadn?t changed menu yet?); said OK but verified with ?Carla? thatthey would be doubles this time. Got home and one of the bacon ?doubles? was a single, and neither of the sausage doubles hadegg. Called up, informed Carla of yet another mistake, whereupon she said it must have been another Burger King. I replied Igot the phone number I called was on the 10-minute old receipt. Only order a small fry. They were lukewarm heat wise. Disappointing. Just under $3 bucks (tax included) for a small fry was too... much. The employees are great, that's a plus. Read more
We came through the drive-thru recently and it was a fiasco. The wait time was bad when it wasn't busy, the person on the... speaker and at the window didn't listen well, and we were missing food... then discovered upon getting home, that everything weordered wasn't even fresh despite them having not been open long, nor did we get the sauce we were asked if we wanted. We won'tbe going back... which is a shame, as that flame-broiled burger smell makes me salivate every time I get a whiff when I'mnearby. I think I need to find a different location to feed the Whopper-loving beast that is my stomach. Read more
This is the only Burger King location that doesn?t have the ice cream cone for $0.50. Lame. All the ones that I live by have... them for $0.50 but not this joint. Read more
They were very nice & asked if it was ok to change out Dr. Pepper syrup first since it was too watery. We were SO happy they let... us know & changed it over so it tasted right. We were more than happy to wait just a couple minutes???? Read more
!!!Eat here at your own risk!!! Paid $11 for a Ch'King meal and got a bunch of cold slop in a bag. The Ch'King was worse and... smaller than a McDonald's McChicken that's only a $1. Cold and obviously made long, long ago. An the sauce was even curdled asyou can clearly see in the picture. The fries were hard and nasty. An I even had to ask for my drinks and credit card back sincethey thought they were going to keep those. Read more
Not every experience I've had at this particular location has been awesome but this last one definitely was. My wife and I are... both on certain dietary restriction programs but it does allow us to eat certain things out if we are able to avoid certainthings. The general manager and the cashier worked together to help us customize our order to get exactly what we wanted to eatwithout having to suffer digestion problems. It was so awesome to have someone take our needs into consideration like that. Ihighly recommend this Burger King and everything they gave me was hot and fresh. Read more
