Everyone was friendly, when I say everyone we had a different person foe everything, 1 person brought the beer, a different... brought the sodas, another brought the chips and salsa & then we had our server, it was at night about 730pm but it was soocold in there I even had to put my jacket back on it might have been where we were seated somewhere by there back door possiblybut it was ???? cold lol I even heard the table next to us say it as well! Service was not good at all. Started with hostess, who gave us attitude when we walked in door. Should have known then to turn... around and leave! Took 5 minutes to have someone take our drink order. Another 5 minutes to bring our drinks to us. Appetizerscame out the same time as our meals, kind of pointless to have ordered them. Only seen our waitress twice, when she took ourorder and she brought a to go box. Had to have manager bring our check so we could leave. Read more
Very very seriously slow service! Seating us took forever and there was almost no one there! . Bringing menus: so slow! Never... refilled our drinks. Never offered condiments. Horrible, although the food itself was good. We?ll definitely NOT be recommendingthis place! Read more
If there?s a manager at this location you?d never know it. This is a highly disorganized establishment. I?ve seen better... functioning high school concession stands. It all started at the front door where the greeter couldn?t even figure out how todeal with three groups of people who were waiting to be seated. He skipped right over the group that was there first untilanother customer got him back on track. The service was slow and it took 15 minutes for chips and queso to arrive. The foodcame out quicker, but my Cajun chicken pasta wasn?t even served hot. Both the chicken and the pasta were barely warm. We had toask for silverware. We had to get our own napkins, and we had to get our own sweetener. There?s just no attention to detail atthis location, and it appears as if they don?t provide any training to their staff. The quality of the food was good but our server dropped the ball with more than half of the order. It was simple mistakes but... you could tell they had nobody else to help them. Unfortunately the cook served us a medium rare steak that was still redinside, not pink, but red. Lol all in all they did everything we asked to get the orders right and were left full and happy. The service was top notch, the food lacks taste being a food critic has its challenges and yes, the service was excellent, food... was a bit lacking in flavor, the brisket quesadilla taste better with swiss or other salty cheese, not cheddar, the barbequesauce needs more kick not sweet, the drinks were good too. And never use sweetened cole slaw on spicy tacos. A clean good placefor any size family. Read more
I had a good experience when me and my girl came here on my birthday,our stakes were awesome and the cherry on top was the... molten cake with ice cream. Yummy. Definitely we're coming back. P/S excellent service Read more
Did a to go order. They were 40 minutes later than scheduled time. Food came burned. Order the Grilled chicken bacon avocado... sandwich. 1 slice of rotten avocado, greasy, just gross food. To go staff had no clue what was going on. No more Chilis at thislocation. Totally sucks!! Read more
