I LOVE DUNKIN!! They aren't just donuts & coffee anymore!! They have an amazing menu!!! Lots of hot breakfast items and lunch!!... I never go to Starbucks anymore!! Prices aren't bad either! I have one request.. PLEASE MAKE TIPPING AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP!!Nobody carries cash anymore & you're employee's will make more money and stay longer!???? Read more
Normally don?t leave bad reviews but when it happens in front of a manager I do. We Went through the drive through and ordered.... Got our food and it was wrong. Went inside to get our right order and was ?helped? by Mia. She seemed irritated she had to doher job to give us the right stuff. Asked to get some extra donuts while inside and wanted a pumpkin donut which wasn?t one, soI asked if they had them and she extremely rudely said they were out. I told her she didn?t have to give me an attitude when Ijust wanted to get some donuts and get the right order that I paid for. Read more
I had been cooped up in a hotel (conference) all week, I needed real coffee. I was also enticed (visually)to have a donut... (chocolate covered with whip cream on top). Great decision on my part. (Dunkin Donuts provided my unit/company with coffee inIraq. We didn't ask, and we didn't pay. I just want to give them credit and express my appreciation, but seriously, the coffeeand donut was amazingly good). Read more
Girl working the drive through in a anime Naruto jacket just looked at me for like 30 seconds and then stuck her hand out for my... card no hello no good morning no this is your total no smile she did not speak a word during the entire interaction. Horrible customer service. The two young men were unhappy to be working and moving at a snail?s pace. He didn?t even get our... donuts right for a dozen. They didn?t welcome anyone in and didn?t thank anyone for being there. Fortunately the donuts weregood but with that kind of customer service I wouldn?t go back to wait for 15 -20min just to get some donuts. And the bathroomwas disgusting. Everything is out of stock constantly. They will purposely give you the wrong flavor or item instead of just telling you they... don't have what you're ordering. Employees are rude when they mess up your order cause they don't want to remake it. Maybelisten to someone when they are ordering and put it in the computer so you don't mess up every order. I see people driving offat this location EVERY single time I'm there because they don't have something in stock or they are taking 10 minutes per orderor just generally giving bad customer service. They have been telling me for the last 2 weeks that they only have 1 flavor ofice cream because the freezers are broke. So the one freezer that is working only can hold 1 flavor. I doubt it! They are lazyand don't want to refill the freezers. They even told me several times ... hours before they closed that they don't want to makethe blended drinks because they already washed the blenders for the night! Now we have been being told that they don't have theice creams, drinks and donuts on the menu every time we go in and its just cause they are lazy and want to turn away customersinstead of doing they're job.
