One star is probably unfair, but considering I didn?t even get a chance to try the food that?s what KFC is getting. I... pre-ordered and paid for chicken. I arrived 15 minutes after opening and no one was in the store. Lights were off, etc. Thereare cars parked outside but the employees are either not there or hiding inside. There is a churches about a half a mile up theroad that has friendly staff and better chicken. Read more
The absolute worst customer service I've had in well, ever. I was trying to order food in house, doors were unlocked and dining... area was taped off. A young woman came to the front and advised me in the most un-cordial way that if I wanted to order any foodit would be app or drive thru. I politely advised her I would be unable to do so because of my truck and trailer. And with venomin her voice she said and pointed to the app version. I don't write reviews, but this is unacceptable behavior. I understandthat this is a fast food restaurant, and it is the service industry, but customer service is something that keeps your doorsopen. KFC please train your employees that respect goes a long way. And had the female employee been polite we would have usedyour app to order. Read more
Got the big box meal, every thing was so fresh and delicious except the classic chicken sandwich itself! Mac and cheese-... good Fries-good Coleslaw- not bad Mountain Dew sweet lightning is almost sickeningly sweet but at least it was fresh! Do better,kfc Read more
I love the chicken, but they often run out, or they can't fill my order. There can also be some crazy long lines at the drive... thru. I've also experienced a surly server on more than one occasion. If they didn't sell KFC, I wouldn't go there. Read more
The commute to KFC was short. The wait in drive thru was short. The employee who took our order and served us our order was... professional and kind. The food was on point..... Very good and no complaints whatsoever. Read more
My boyfriend and I stopped here before 8PM yesterday, and were heavily disappointed... which sucked so much, as we were both... craving chicken and had hopes that KFC would resolve that. We ordered the Sides meal; we chose the extra crispy tenders withbiscuits, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes + gravy, and fries. The tenders were far from crispy and terribly small, but evenworse, the rest of our food looked and tasted like it had been sitting for at least a few hours, as it wasn't even warm andtasted terrible. The fries and biscuits were the worst items aside from the tenders, and the gravy was just about the only thingthat was remotely close to being warm and tasty. The only good thing about our visit was the nice girl working the window andhow quickly we were served despite how busy they were at the time. Two stars for fast and friendly service at the drive-thru;three stars taken off for our entire order not being hot, fresh food. Also, zoom in on the sign in the window concerningsauces; we both noticed this and found it to be absolutely absurd. That's not a lot of sauce at all, but we had our own at homeand it's better than KFC's, anyway. Read more
Very rude girl taking our order, by the name if Kaila. I waited for about 25 minues to have my order taken, then another 30 to... get my food. All to just to be treated bad by the staff. When I got home I realized they did not give me extra crispy chicken,so half of my family didn't eat it. I'm a local in the area and we used to love getting a quick meal here. Unfortunately thathas changed because of the staff and we will take our business elsewhere, as well as not recommending this place to visitingfriends and relatives. Very disappointed. Read more
