Kid behind the counter was oblivious, either baked beyond comprehensive recollection or tired enough basic conversation was... impossible. After giving him my order he spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to put it in the computer so I just went to aself serve kiosk and put it in. When I got my food stuff was missing. Overall meh. A routine involves buying at sundae with no topping and two spoons. This affords sharing soft serve ice cream with two small... dogs who accompany me while my wife is otherwise occupied. She doesn?t get any. Dairy Queen ice cream is much richer but costsmore than twice as much. Read more
This is a small location but clean and staff was very nice. Service was quick. We were towing a trailer so we had to park in... the dirt lot behind the parking lot and walk over. Easy to get on the highway. Read more

The stuff is still consistently making too many mistakes and the drive-thru staff at times are not just immature but rude and... demonstrate a level of illiteracy that is frustrating and shocking. You need to improve your ability to communicate and put yourphone down stop using Google pick up a book an educate yourself. Learn to listen and communicate better with people andregardless of your level of Education you can always make the effort to be kind and respectful. And I have just fed up with thelevel of abuse I receive from Young McDonald's employees. Age is nothing but a number. I expect to be treated with respecthonesty and a level of professionalism that I rarely see anymore at fast food places. Just because it is fast food is not areason or an excuse to let your behavior go to garbage. It is no excuse. And McDonald's you need to hire people with some levelof Education or at least the attitude willingness to learn and grow and not just be polite and respectful but maybe kind also.Put a little effort for that $15 an hour you guys barely earn. And I say you barely earn it because of how badly you treat yourcustomers. And this is after 2 1/2 years of this horrible experience and this is every single McDonald's in the Albuquerque andRio Rancho area with the exception of one. This is all shifts all hours of the day. The only time I have had a decent or maybegood experience that's when I go out of my way to communicate with the manager and they step up and do it there employees do notdo. I believe the human beings working at McDonald's are more than capable of being respectful professional and more cognitiveon the job they just have a horrible attitude and they don't care. I went to this location yesterday and met the most wonderful cashier ever. I couldn?t quite catch her name but I think she went... by Esperanza judging by her coworkers callouts. She had a great smile and was overall one of the best employees there. I?ve goneto this location for a few years and was very impressed by this young lady. She?s polite, efficient and I will definitely comeback to this location! P.s. in case I was wrong about the name she had a high bun, and wore a gray zip up with black pants! :) Read more

This location was clean and the staff working that day were kind, fast and courteous . The food was great except for the fries... to be a little bit old but other than that the place was a comfortable, clean and quiet place to enjoy your meal. Read more
