I usually appreciate a good Panda Express and I'm not thrilled to write this, but the last two experiences at this location have... been underwhelming and downright disappointing. Each of the last two times, the drive thru was my chosen path and each time theservice was rude, the food was cold (within 5 mins of driving away) and I'm not just saying the broccoli, my orange chicken wastough, chewy and cold on the inside. As I was placing my order, I finished one plate and was about to order another when shesaid "you want something else, I already made your plate, you can't change it" Needless to say the wait, the rush not the foodwas not worth any bit of the higher prices. This Panda is horrible! Every single time we go.. they have no white rice.. No brown rice.. no teriyaki chicken. Their... corporate office needs address this already! It is constant! On top of staff so unfriendly! They need a over haul! Read more

Went through drive-through about 6 PM and ordered the bigger plate. The line went through quickly I got to the window and the... order was ready, hot and perfect. When pulling up to the drive through the man on the speaker audibly said "ughhhhh" after the car in front of me drove forward.... The man then spoke to me in a clearly fake female voice as I heard other employees laughing in the back ground. All fun andgames til I ordered and they said I had to wait 15 extra minutes for orange chicken. I agreed and pulled around the building towait in the parking lot. I could see into the restaurant at this point and could see the guy who took my order on his phoneleaning against the wall while the cook was standing on the grill cleaning the hood above the grill while the orange chicken wasbeing cooked. This is bad enough and definitely a health violation, but after waiting the guy brings out my food, I drove allthe way home and found that he didn't put the orange chicken in either of my take out plates. I would have seen past all ofthese things as just some tired employees ready to go home (it was 45 minutes before closing) but making me wait for somethingand not giving it to me was definitely intentional. I drove back and he said "oh I'm sorry I thought you said shrimp" and gaveme a large box of orange chicken that I won't eat because I don't even trust that there is not cleaning chemicals in the food orworse. Came here one night and they forgot 1 of my entrees after I was already 20 miles down the road. Also they're not very friendly... at all I was being kind saying please and thank you they just hand my food out and shut the window.. It's like that a lot herein Santa Fe no one has any manners or courtesy Just a sad sad world when when people are like that. Read more

I have to say, this is the best Panda Express operation I've seen in NM. They are on the ball, treat everyone kindly and move... faster than any other Panda throughout the state. The ladies are cool, fast paced hard working and the cooks got the system downbetter than most. This whole store made a believer out of me and I Hate picking up someone else's food. Read more

All three employees focused on those people in the line who order food and drive-thru, and abandoned those 4 mobile order... people, including myself. I ordered on mobile app at 6:35pm, the mobile order service definitely needs to improve. Basically,I could have just came in and stand in the line where the employee will takes my order quicker. All people in the line are gone,but the more people came in, and they still take orders! I had to bark at them for my meal. I finally got my order at 7:35pm.Guess what they got my food order. I told the employee that they should at least close drive thru or mobile orders. Too manypeople for 6 employees. No manager is at presented. Read more

After reading people's comments, wow. It's like everyone has forgotten places are still understaffed and a lot of complaints can... be related to that point. Doors locked? Maybe they don't have enough staff to ensure a clean lobby to eat in. Dirty lobby? Maybethe staff is more focused on getting food made so people won't complain about long waits/ limited options as well as Maybehaving had a rush and haven't gotten to it yet. Poor service? Maybe people are stressed from long hours and/or having to dealwith entitled abusive customers. Plus could be new people who don't quite know what they are doing but are learning. It's funnyhow people expect maximum by people paid minimum. You get what the company pays for. You get what the company trains for. Mostbig companies give limited training hours to save them money which basically throws new employees to the wolves. It's a snowball effect. If you're not happy with the way a store is run complain to the company for better/longer training. Push forrespectable pay so people can have an optimistic reason to deal with abusive customers daily. This place hasn't always gottenmy order correct or the food been perfect but it saved me from having to cook and clean a dinner. Read more
