I?ve probably spent $10k on subway over the last 20 years. Walked into this one today and asked him if I could get a plastic... fork and they said no, not in less I bought some thing. Somewhat understandable, but I?ll think twice before spending anotherdollar at any subway ever again. Read more

Automatically charged 1$ Extra for ?dine in? and I was getting my order to go. Then he pretended like he had no idea what that... charge was, and ?asked the manager? who was a brand new employee?.even though I watched him manually Input the charge lol.Cringey bad faith business. Read more

Kids that work there have a ?couldn?t care less? attitude. No one in front of me and couldn?t get any service. Also seemed like... the kid was giving a friend free food. Management might need to come by. Read more

We stood in line for 20 minutes. The entire time we were never acknowledged by a worker. No, "Hi." Much less an, "We'll be right... with you," or "There are 18 sandwiches ahead of you. Your wait will be about _ minutes." The employees were so focused on onlineorders, they didn't care about physical people in the restaurant. We left without ordering anything. I figured it out myselfthat the employees had a large amount of online orders by looking through the glass at the long strips of paper. I wouldn't haveminded waiting but not acknowledging the customers is not acceptable to me. Read more

I placed an online order at 1:15, said that it would be ready at 1:30. Once I got there, one person was working and there was a... line, so I knew that it would take a little longer. The worker finished with the line and then took a 10 minute bathroom break,several customers came and left, before she even started on my sandwiches, which I had to remind her that I was waiting for. While she was making the sandwiches, she stayed talking to the people in line and it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Very disappointed Read more

They just need employees who want To be there. Red headed dude when piercings who pretends he doesn't hear anyhing you ask him... in order to avoid. Asked him if bread was soft. I've taken a video of how HARD it is. Disgusting and $25 bucks later. Alreadyleft with it. Should have checked. This subway has been better left alone since it opened. Worth driving to any other one. Pluswhat happened to making sure if you have 6" facial hair, it isn't hanging over the food? Or how about he long hair only halftucked into the hat (because it's not stylish or what??).
