Horrible experience, no toilet paper in the bathroom, urinal was broken. They locked the doors in the middle of the afternoon... while multiple customers were eating in the dining room, locking us in. Food was expensive for fast food and not impressive.Not a fun experience going to Taco Bell, seems that the corporation is more interested in pulling everything out of the storerather than customer satisfaction. Used to like going here, prices were fair, and food was ok portions and taste. Now it has gone down, badly. 1. Less food for... more money. 2. Quality not that good. 3. You never know when they will be open. Sure signs on door, says use north entrance,open. Employees inside pretending to aim at you with tou guns, but closed. Even drive thru closed. guess that's one less placeto go to in town. Read more
Taco Bell is as standard as standard can be. The food was good, but it was very preserved and pre-manufactured. It's not bad,... but expect really fast food. If you order online, they won't start making your order until you get the drive thru. Read more
Went there on Saturday 1:30pm, drive through was long line waiting. Go inside to a line. The 2 workers on the side we can see on... the inside are reason as to why everyone was waiting and leaving without ordering. Leaving their station to check phones andchange music they are listening to instead of getting the customer orders our and getting them lines down. 3 people walked outas I was standing there. The cashier, instead of taking all the orders he was walking around doing his own thing... Come onTaco Bell, you use to be amazing.... Read more
They typically get my order correct. I do recommend checking the order. They do have a sign on their drive through saying to... have exact change or have a card on hand. Their dining has been closed for a while now even though they could be open to thepublic. Could be due to short staff. Read more
Pretty slow service, and it seemed as though all of the workers were cutting up in a huddle in the back during the time that our... food was supposed to be prepared (took way too long for our simple order to come out). The bathrooms were not checked - thewomen?s had toilet paper all over the place and the soap was out, and the men?s restroom lock did not work. Ordered twoquesadillas, and neither one had been cut up, so we had to cut it ourselves with a plastic knife (thankfully they had knives). Read more
The owner of this franchise should be absolutely embarrassed and angry. Had an experience tonight in the drive through that was... beyond anything I?ve ever seen. Employees (who are dressed incredibly inappropriately) cussing at customers, screaming andcursing at each other, employees hanging out outside with friends and almost an entire hour spent waiting in the drive through.Drive through attendant was also rude an unapologetic. Pretty sure I also witnessed an employee being fired outside while in aheated argument with who I can assume might have been a manager? At that point all I could do was laugh. My experience tonightwas SPECTACULARLY awful. Owner needs get ahold of what the hell is going on in their restaurant. Read more
