So I?ve been coming to paleta bar locations for awhile now because they make a good fresas con crema but lately the past few... times my wife and I have gone it?s been steadily going down hill quality wise, but tonight was the WORST I?ve ever had it wasinedible for both my wife?s and the one I ordered. The strawberries where old and mushy with a horrible sour taste definitely onthe verge of rotting as well as when they prepare the strawberries they have been leaving a good portion of the stem so everyother bite was hard and sour and we both ended up throwing $20 dollars worth of fresas con crema away. I would?ve told them inperson but we just got them to go. So please check quality control before you serve someone rotting strawberries in a cup maskedwith sweet crème thinking that would ever go unnoticed. Probably won?t be back after this because I?m not going to waste moremoney just to throw it away after one bite. Read more

Service was fast. Prices were fair. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was the perfect dessert after dinner. Just staying... NM for an extended weekend trip. I will definitely return anytime I'm in the area. Now I am on the hunt for one closer to home. Read more
This paletas place is well off the main road in Bernalillo. you'll have to go through a residential neighborhood to get to it.... it is absolutely well worth the trip and nearly getting lost! They not only do gourmet paletas ice cream popsicles but they willdip your treat in a wide assortment of chocolate and sundae toppings. They also do shakes and aguas frescas. Read more
Fantastic place! They have a wide variety of flavors and options available. They offer samples so that you can try flavors... before you purchase them. Everything is fresh and high quality. Honestly, our family is here at least once a week because welove it so much! What makes the business even better is their friendly employees. The customer service is exceptional and it islike that every single time I am there. I love to support local businesses when they know how to treat their customers. Read more
This was our first visit to the Paleta Bar Bernalillo and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful while... ordering. I do wish there had been more flavors of pops in stock (the case was a little low) but we made the best out of ouroptions and had plenty of toppings to choose from! This was a great treat and we will definitely stop by again when in town! Read more
