As a fellow Wingstop worker myself just at a different location I'm very disappointed this is the second time I never got my... ranch and cheese sauce and unfortunately this time my food was cold and my fries were still cold in the middle as well . Iordered 8 boneless which I'm pretty sure out of the "8" boneless I got one of them was a tender the cashier at least was supernice she did tell me a wait time of 30 minutes I waited patiently at least 25-30 minutes and my food was already done sitting onthe rack... I will just make the drive to the brand new store on ridgecrest great service food prep times are on point andalways make sure everything is up to the customers standards . Read more
Beware of broken glass in your food!! Besides them being very unprofessional when you call, they don?t have any means of quality... control. If you break glass in a kitchen you would think of checking around the food. I had to find out by chewing on my voodoofries and pulling out a broken piece of sharp glass. After this horrific experience I called and the ?manager? this evening andwas laughing at my situation? She then went on to say we needed to call the next day to speak with another manager. I don?t knowwhy we have continued to eat here but I will say this draws the line. Read more

Worst customer service. We have always received first responder discount and today they decided to not give first responder... discount. Last time coming to this place. From now on we rather drive 15 min out to receive better customer service at thegolf course location. Read more
Phone orders are a joke at the Bernalillo location. Called to place an order and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes until it... disconnected my call or they hung up. Because the family just had to have wings , we ordered in person. Walked in to the frontcounter to have two employees talking away. Lobby had one other customer. Yet they were ?too busy? to take a phone order. Foodis usually great but the customer service sucks. Read more
Last night on my way to Walgreens, I saw a Wingstop Now Open sign. This morning, I was logging into the app and placing my... order. Unfortunately, the store is too new to have the app take orders. Instead, I placed my order over the phone. The personI spoke with was very professional and pleasant. They explained that the computer systems were still being configured and thatthe app will hopefully be operational within the week! After placing my 40 wing order, I jumped in the car and by the time Iarrived, about 20 minutes later (during the lunch rush) my order was ready. The staff and I believe the owner were all verywelcoming and courteous. I had 3 bags and a drink carrier and without any prompting, a staff member (I believe the storemanager- I didn't catch his name) immediately grabbed all my bags and helped me to my car. The vibe in the store, although new,was positive and buzzing with enthusiasm and excitement. The food is delicious as always! Definitely, hits the spot. I foreseemultiple trips a month, or even week! to this Wingstop! Looking forward to making wingstop wings one of my major food groups! Read more
I'm giving Wingstop in Bernalillo 5 stars because the manager is very nice, friendly and helpful and the staff are also cool.
