We went here to celebrate friends birthday. The food was mediocre at best. Burrata appetizer was literally a ball of burrata. No... garnish. No salad to accompany it. The scallops were tiny and few. The spinach pasta they were served on was clamped up. Thetres leches desert was horrible. I’m not sure how this place ever got such a ridiculously high rating. The service was subparat best. Fabulous experience here at Bistro Seven Three. It’s a lovely little spot with a wonderful outdoor seating area. They cater to... events and do a great job. The ambience is relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious. I one hundred percent recommend theBistro Rigatoni with short rib ragu and shaved parmesan cheese on top. The Pan seared Scottish salmon is also delicious. Ifyou’re in the neighborhood, stop by for a great meal. Now for my standard COVID comments as of March 2022. The outdoorseating is great. There’s a section that’s like half indoor and half out. Very comfortable seating and spacing. Not too sureabout the indoor situation though. I don’t recall if other employees were wearing masks but I noticed that not all were. The covered outdoor dining here is a great addition to the restaurant with string lights really making the place a great spot... for Friday night dinners. Servers were super friendly and food was good. I felt that my gnocchi was ok but my tiramisu wasdisappointing (too soggy and not enough flavor). I would still come back. Read more

I dined at Bistro Seven Three on January 29 (a Friday night). The restaurant is split into two sections, and the side our party... was seated on was filled almost to capacity - a total of 4 open seats out of 40 (yes, we counted). The other side looked to bejust as full. The maitre d was not wearing a mask and interacted with many of the guests that he seemed to know on a personalbasis. The servers all wear masks, but that seems to be the extent of Bistro Seven Three's desire to comply with any guidanceand regulations. P.S. I do not give a **** about COVID, but I do care about other local businesses that are suffering becausetheir competitors refuse to play by the same rules. I'm sure they have finagled their capacity numbers to be in "compliance",but you will be dining in a full restaurant where only the servers wearing masks is required. The very good staff is the reason I gave the Bistro 3 stars and not 2. The zucchini chips and calamari were moist. The salmon... was dry. I will give the Bistro another try, every place has an off night. Read more
