Jersey Mikes in and of itself is nothing special, decent subs but honestly if you?re already in NJ you could do so much better.... BUT I?m giving a five star rating to Jersey Mikes because of their incredible attention to detail and how seriously they takefood allergies. I recently found out I have Celiac?s (gluten allergy) and it?s really hard to find quick meals that canaccommodate. My kids and I were traveling through on 9/16 around 12:30pm and when I asked for the gluten free bread the personbehind the counter asked if it was a preference or an allergy and when I confirmed allergy he then proceeded to clean off thestation, change his gloves, and pull out a fresh, clean cutting board to process my order and everyone else who touched mysandwich changed out their gloves as well. I am so impressed with not only Jersey Mike?s training and policies on this, but onthe staff members and their implementation of those policies. As ridiculous as it sounds it almost brought tears to my eyes thatthey took my allergy so seriously because I?m still trying to navigate the intricacies of it myself. I felt valued and it?sgreat to know that I have somewhere I can definitely go without worrying about whether or not I?ll find a safe meal whiletraveling. Roast beef was the butt all dry and gray.. lettuce was old it was all oxidized at 3pm ..and the mini doesn't come as the herbs... and rosemary seasoning ,just plain ... sucks ..drinks are warm in the refrigerator..very displeased for the amount I spent Read more
Ordered online for a 15 min pick up. Got there a few min after order was supposed to be ready and sandwiches still weren?t made.... Waited an extra 10 mins and watched several walk-in customers get their sandwiches before mine. What?s the point of orderingonline if your going to wait longer than anyone who orders on the spot. Most subs orders at this Jersey Mike's location are the way they should be. Fresh and well balanced. On some bread is little... dry, and when the bread is dry nothing can help. Read more
Went in on Sunday evening around 6:30 and ordered two subs and the two workers were absolutely rude. Girl with the redhair and... guy with black hair were screaming at customers.
