Great experience at Morini! We came with a big group and the staff and chef were beyond accommodating. We ordered a ton off... the menu and ate family style so got to sample a bit of everything. Crowd favorites were the truffle garganelli and tagliatellebolognese from the pastas. I wish I had saved more room for entrees because they stole the show. Branzino was to die for, theSalmon was huge juicy and cooked perfectly, and the Ribeye was flavorful and we found out they actually age it in house. Needless to say we were stuffed but went with the donuts for dessert which were served hot with melted chocolate and Carmelsauce (yum). We are relocating from Los Angeles to the area permanently and Morini will already be a go-to for us. Read more

Today's brunch was excellent. We had a good waiter, competent and good humoured. Nice menu, oysters were fresh, delicious... omelette and a nice selection of pasta. Our charcuterie starter was perfect and bottomless cocktails are always a good way tostart the day. We'll be back to try the dinner menu. Read more

It's a beautiful space and excellent service but the food was lacking. My cocktail was undrinkable and my meal was a... wonderfully cooked pasta dish and the sauce was phenomenal but the peas were undercooked and hard. Espresso machine was notworking which was a bit disappointing Read more

My husband and I dined at Morini on a Saturday and had a great date night. Our server, Rachel, was very friendly and helpful.... All in all we had a solid meal, some plates were better than others, but everything was good. The shining star of the eveninghad to be the tuna crudo and peach appetizer off the specials menu. We were lucky to have grabbed the last order. Clean andbright flavors, a really beautiful dish. The horseradish sauce served with the oysters was awesome, and we loved the berry saucethat came with the dessert doughnuts. My husband had the ribeye and was pleased to actually receive it cooked rare as requested.I had the salmon. My only critique was that the dish could have benefited from more capers and Castlevetrano olives. Overall,Morini serves up tasty dishes and provides an upbeat atmosphere with great service. We found this little gem during our “out of town wedding” stay. An absolute lovely treat. We enjoyed their beautiful dining... room and bar while having wonderfully crafted cocktails, in house-made daily pasta dishes as well as a delicious desert withespresso. Every thing was great! Although this Italian restaurant did not have any Italian speaking servers we were surroundedby an eclectic group of individuals dedicated to the vision and experience of the proprietor. A fantastic team! We were servedand greeted at the bar by many staff members including the chef and we’d particularly like to thank a wonderful young mannamed David who was our primary server. Great meal, great service, great experience! Read more

I ate here six years ago apparently. The restaurant just left a nice reply to my 5 star rating but I didn't leave a review at... the time. I can't recall what I had that night but I most definitely remember having a fantastic evening. Even six years later Istill recall being thrilled with the experience. I guess it's time to make another reservation. Read more

It’s awesome when expectations are high and a restaurant OVER delivers. The food, service and ambiance were absolutely great.... There were 7 of us and every appetizer and entree got really great reviews from every single one of us. During the meal, weremarked that we would definitely be back. That was especially true because we did not leave room for the solid dessertselection that included staples like Tiramisu and shareable delights like donuts! Read more

Take a seat because this is heaven, a jaw-dropping need for experience. I live in Marlboro- miles away from Bernardsville and... cannot stress how amazing and tasteful and loving these meals were. When first serving, it was DEAD. I almost canceled thereservation because the reviews and comments had to be made up. It was an hour and a half AFTER opening hours and NO ONE. Butlord, it was worth being the first of many….The food was to die for. The richness and care the cooks take into their mealsshow when eating. The drinks here aren’t the greatest, and they only have a handful of wine by glass options for white andred… cocktails could be better-but the focus is food! Our waiter knew the menu to a T. Reading the physical menu was difficultto envision and determine if we’d like the meal, but lord, they hired the right staff to describe their meals to the customersaccurately. The pasta flour is imported from Italy- 00 flour(i asked). The sauces are better than those we grew up having atSunday dinners. (Oops) and my lord the potatoes- simply mouthwatering and needful in my life. As you can tell, the portionsaren’t large, but they are rich, and filling-we took boxes home and enjoyed the meals the following day for lunch and werejust as happy. For two drinks, two pastas-and one side of potatoes=$130 with tip. I honestly can recommend this restaurant toanyone wanting a rich, filling meal of comfort and glory. Read more
