Poor service operations. They prioritize online orders vs at the register orders. Despite having a larger than average number... of staff, it appears that orders at the register take especially long. I waited 10 min for an at the register order of a singledrink, and when I prompted the worker he checked and realized the sticker wasn?t even taken yet to be place on the cup. Thiswas despite them appearing fairly busy dealing with online orders. The operations here is no good - needs to be made moreefficient since there?s definitely enough workers to handle the load. This is one of the nicest Starbucks in the area - from the amazingly friendly service (above even Starbucks standards), the... great area to relax and the clean atmosphere - this place has everything! The baristas at this location are so kind and made my son's day by giving him stickers! Extremely clean facilities, and my drink... was well-made. We had to run in right before closing and were not rushed out or made to feel as if we were an inconvenience. Wewill definitely return to this location, they are lucky to have such friendly staff! employees in this location are racist. my 13 year old went to pick up her drink and they couldn't pronounce the name on the... order... Sevan. They couldn't pronounce the name and kept making fun.. saying who would put this name... what kind of name isthat etc. Made my daughter feel so upset in front of other employees and customers. i'm disgusted and will not be going to astarbucks anytime soon. Discriminatory employees!!!! One of the employees made a discriminatory comment about the name on my order. I?m Armenian and my... name is Sevan. When our order was ready and the employee tried pronouncing my name 3 times and then said , ?who would put thatname Se-van? I don?t understand why someone would put that name. This is Starbucks.? First time I ordered using cell phone ordered and I really liked new drink I tried Iced Grande Coconut Mocha Machiato. I really... like the taste of that drink and I recommended my friend. So we decided to try it again. Second experience was completely awfuland the taste was horrible. We ordered 2 quantity of same drink with different cell phone order and the consistency of the drinkis completely different. We did not customize the drink so it should look and taste same as before.
