I never go to McDonald's. If I eat fast food I go to Wendy's. This app keeps saying I go there.
So I had the rating at 5 stars, until I got overcharged 3x's on ordering on the app. Management was rude and didn't offer a... refund and the free meal I was told I would get on the 3rd time...never happened. Even after I showed proof just like the othertimes. The heavy set lady just rolled her eyes and then stated it wasn't wrote down and kept wanting more proof. Well each timethey charged me an extra $2-3 dollars. I will never pre order with my debit card again at this location. Someone must bepocketing the money and obviously that manager does not care. I've had no problems in any other city or state that I'vepreordered and paid through the app. Also I went inside with a friend the other day and that blonde bigger manager just staredat me. To bad Berne doesn't have more options because I'd never go back. She completely embarrassed me in front of a crowd andthey acted like I was trying to steal from them when they stole money from me, when I had went to order the free meal that wasoffered to me instead of a refund of the over charge. Oh and she also asked in front of everyone what bank I had and blamed iton my bank. I can't believe she's even in a authority position. She does have the eye roll down. I've lost all respect for thatlocation. Even in bad neighborhoods in Fort Wayne, this doesn't happen. I'll update with pics of the proof after I redownloadthem. Read more
They have fast service! Good hot food as well.
The people who work here are very kind and friendly! The line moved efficiently, even though they were a bit busy. It's not... often I'm motivated to review a McDonald's, honestly. I was very impressed with everything. The building and landscaping arewell maintained, as well. Read more
This McDonald's was good, ordered a Mc chicken and small fry with sweet & sour sauce; they got it right! fresh and hot. Coffee... was as ordered along with staff friendly service. Bathroom could of been freshened up though. Read more
This one was the first McDonald's to flip my ice cream cone upside down & put it in a cup. Now I order it like that every time.... It's way better when in driving! So thanks for that guys!! The employees are always very nice & quick & my order has alwaysbeen right. Read more
The food is gross but the half cut tea is always refreshing and the employees are always nice and smiling!!
