ABYSMAL, BEYOND LAUGHABLE, DIRE -- AVOID AT ANY COST. Guys, you're only getting the one star -- because I couldn't post the... rating otherwise. My personal rating is zero. As in, zip, zilch, null and void, big fat goose egg, because that's all youdeserve for this miserable non-effort. Even a stoner slacker kid would have done better than this. ("Oh, dude! I forgot to turnthe heater on!" "Dude -- go back and turn it on, or we're busted!" See -- I just wrote the opening of Clerks IV.Anyway...) Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line for food that wasn't even warm -- it barely seemed above roomtemperature! I mean, it wasn't even lukewarm! I ate a bite or two, and then, I just gave up. It wasn't worth the effort. I havegotten food poisoning once, and I didn't want that to risk that experience again. I was shocked and surprised, because I alwaysthought they had to keep the food at a certain temperature. Apparently not. Does Berrien County Health Department know aboutthis? I can't be the first customer who's ever had this misfortune, but I can only think of two remedies: shut the place downfor good, until they finally get back to a certain standard, or fire the whole crew who works there, and start all over fromscratch. Take your pick. Either way, I won't be back there. It just isn't worth the time and risk. Read more
I've been sitting in the drive through for 28 minutes... there were only 2 cars in front of me. We've had nothing but issues... with this place over the last two months. Will find a different lication. Read more
Waited over a half hour in the drive-thru. I thought we having fast food but not here! I understand being short staffed is a... problem everywhere but I literally watched a girl in the lobby wash a table sitting down and proceeded to watch her phoneinstead ??????? Read more
Date: September 16, 2022 The building was beginning to remodel, there were no cars most likely either because there was a... football game or people just thought the particular McDonalds in question was close & needed to go to Niles. We got up to thespeaker when nobody answered. Literally like 10 seconds later they answered but sounded like they wanted to get fired orsomething. We ordered and they all looked like they wanted to get fired. Got our food, was not the best experience. Ifmanagement is to be reading this then please do better with having ur staff be nice. Order fast but when we got our food it was cold and the cheese on the quarter powder was all on the side of the box and put more... ketchup and mustard then there was meat. fires tasted like it was 1 hour old and the. Big Mac was cold and had so much sauce itwas to much. Read more
Not a great McDonald?s. The staff was rude. The food was pretty bad. Overall just not good. It?s a smaller location and wasn?t... busy but hard to understand why it?s so poorly run. Read more
Was told at the mic to pull forward to 1st window. Guy at first window talked to the car in front of us for 15 minutes, and when... we finally pulled forward he first said to wait because he's not working anymore (clock turned past 11pm) and then told us wehave to pull all the way back around because the mic was working again. Spent about 30 minutes in the drive thru to leave withnothing. Definitely won't be coming back. Read more
This newly renovated McDonald's is very nice. Even though they are short staffed, as many other places are, the people here are... nice and helpful, being cheerful despite the situation. Got my food hot and with a smile! Read more
