Wendy was nice as always. The atmosphere was balance with beauty and elegance. However, I believe the drinks could have been... smoother: ice cold could be colder and just a tad sweeter as well as the hot drinks. Read more

Edit: lowering the star rating because the owner is either a liar or doesn't know their own menu. First off, I love that there... is finally a coffee shop in Berrien Springs. I wish it had been here while I was a student. The location is really cute and hasnice seating inside and a couple tables outside. I got a hot cookie butter latte, which was good, but I couldn't reallyidentify any distinct cookie butter flavor. My husband got an iced honey cinnamon latte. While they were making it, they held upthe cup with some water in the bottom and asked how much honey he wanted in his latte. There was barely any even in thecontainer and it was so awkward to just stand there and watch them squeeze a little honey at a time into his cup while thebarista waited for him to say it was enough. As a customer, we shouldn't be required to know how much honey needs to go into ourdrink. I could be more understanding if he ordered something that wasn't on the menu, but if you're going to offer a drink, youshould have a recipe for it and know how much of each ingredient goes into it. Also, don't use water to help honey mix into aniced drink. Mix it with the espresso first and then add milk. Read more
