The last three times ive been here will make it my last time trying to give this place money..... 2 times i got given a bunch of... the free taco coupons because i was in line for almost an hour and this time i gave them 1 last try and ordered online to comeall the way here and they are supposedly closed. Literally the worst taco bell ever...25 minutes for a hard shell taco that was stale and broken...have pics/vid of food handling... violations and of the extremely filthy condition that the entire space was...including the prep area. Staff was slow, rude, andbusy playing with each other instead of getting food out. I will definitely be making a complaint with the health depth andSharing the video with them. This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet. The workers are slow, lazy. Inept, and rude. It?s taken me over 40 minutes to get my... food numerous times, and then they?ve gotten my order wrong three times already. Forget about coming here at lunchtime becauseyou will be be l late for work. Either this place should close, or they need a total overhaul of both workers and managers. Read more
Just eat the food at the gas station instead. There is no sense of urgency behind the counter. Expect to wait more than 20... minutes for your food while the staff is standing around telling jokes and slowly preparing food. The person next to me waswaiting over a half hour to find out the staff cancelled his order and didnt make anything. Read more
They need more staff. Constantly understaffed and the ones there are just so slow. I ordered 10 minutes ahead of time online at... 11:50 and I finally got my order at 12:25. Almost 40m wait! Unfortunately this is the only Taco bell in my area but they need toget better/more employees. Read more
Waited over an hour in line Sunday night, it was such a long wait i think 5 of us turned our cars off because we were stuck in... the same spot in line for so long. They don't answer the phone, they have employees just sitting outside or in the lobbysweeping instead of helping with the rush. They forgot my potato bowl and crunch wrap, finally reached someone on the phone tobe told "sorry we forgot" and hung up... Go somewhere else, Mcdonalds across the street is at least a little faster. There has only been a few tacos bells that I've visited in the area with great quality control. This being one of them, I have... yet to be unsatisfied with any of my choices. Chain restaurants for me get 5 stars if they can nail the consistency. Suresometimes it takes a little long but that's fast food these days. They open and close whenever they feel like it. I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes just to finally get to the speaker and they... said they closed 2 minutes ago evn tho i had been waiting in line for 15 minutes and the hours said the didn't close untilmidnight.
