Going to any McDonald's is supposed to provide you identical service and food which makes it consistent knowing that you are... supposed to receive the same fresh hot meal at each location. It's the sales model McDonald's runs on. So when you run upagainst a McDonald's that is lackluster of that it pretty much makes the whole experience less. For this McDonald's, ioccasionally stop pass when Im on my way to Winchester, VA and their food and service has been unremarkable. However, thisparticular time they dropped the ball. The food was not remotely hot, the order was messed up, (they claim by new employees) andI was overcharged all of which I didn't notice til I was already on my way to Winchester. So upon my return trip I took the mealback, explained all the issues and was given the correct order (still not hot) and it was just so lacking I didn't bother to getmy $1.23 overcharge back. They need a lot of help here. Read more
Second time we have been to this location and food is super fresh with fantastic service. Best location we have ever been to!

It's McDonald's. What can you say? Well they were out of napkins. The ketchup dispenser sprayed everywhere. When we asked for... some we got two packets (for three people). The nuggets were dry. Unfortunately, not the best experience...and I'm a McDonald'saficionado. Read more
I just got a Big Mac meal and a Bacon Quarter Pounder meal and a 4 piece nugget. The Big Mac and nuggets were fine, but the BQP... wasn?t cooked all the way through like it should be. The meat looked like it was raw! I?ve also had problems with waiting times,but the raw burger is just unacceptable and dangerous. Definitely would not recommend coming here to eat. Read more
It's a nice place for quick food..
This is the brand new (June 2019) McDonald's in Berryville Virginia. It has been busy since the day it opened. It's large, and... very modern with the new "self order" stations, but you still have the option to order with a person if need be. The stationslet you pay with all of the normal methods including "Samsung Pay" (Verified). The staff are of course all new, so they aresomewhat slow at the drive through, but they are getting better and everyone has been friendly. There is alot of space aroundthe building which is great for pickups and other large vehicles to maneuver through. Considering this is a more rural /farmarea, lots of pickups and suvs will come through. There are 3 dedicated parking spots at the front of the building for "drivethrough waiting" and are clearly marked. There is not a ton parking, maybe 25 normal spaces, but this location is right acrossfrom a large Martin's parking lot. Overall, this is your typical modern McDonald's with staff doing their best to get up tospeed. I've yet to have a messed up order and am very satisfied. Read more
Good food and service. Hmm another clean bathroom. Nasty bathrooms must be a thing in NJ only along with the nasty people that... live there. My trip down south was nothing but fantastic and showed what a craphole I live in. Time to change that. Read more
