This place has special meaning for me, and has become a much loved spot for solitary journaling. Options available for people... with dietary restrictions- I?ve been able to substitute gluten free items. Lattes and cappuccinos are my favorite. The coffee here is delicious. I had a small cup to see if it was acidic but it is nice and smooth. I got the medium roast. I... love that they have avocado toast on the menu and they will do it with an everything bagel!! They actually have a full kitchenset up here and veggie options! The people running the coffee shop are amazeballs! Emerson and Amy were very sweet! I can seemyself using this as my office once in a while to get a little work done in the morning. I am so grateful to have an onlinebusiness that gives me freedom and flexibility to work a couple hrs here today and the head back home to loveland to throw thePaddleboards on the car to head up to Carter Lake. I love making Lox. Now I found a place that makes them exactly like I want them. They are fresh tasting and not dried out... cooked. I no longer have to wait 48hrs for my Lox to be ready. Great little Cafe in downtown Berthoud. Sweet staff & cozy seating areas. Good, simple, homey breakfast & lunch options. We had... lunch. The Turkey Club and BLT were very tasty although I do have to say that the Turkey club is just their BLT with Turkey &Ham added, still good. The broccoli & cheddar soup was good, strong cheddar flavor which I love. The salad had too many tomatoesfor my liking but the greens were fresh and bright. Really enjoyed the iced coffee & lemonade, YUM! Grabbed a blueberry scone &piece of carrot cake to-go which we later discovered were absolutely delicious. Super moist, not too sweet & the cream cheeseicing was one of the best I've had on carrot cake. Will def come again to try the breakfast options. Read more
My husband and I went here for lunch for the first time since the ownership had changed. There were several people eating at... the tables outside, but we were the only ones eating inside. The food was good as usual - I think they're using Tiffany'srecipes. But the atmosphere inside was very unwelcoming! NOBODY acknowledged us. NOBODY smiled at us or anybody else. NOBODYspoke to us unless we first spoke to them. We felt like we were a bother to them. We really couldn't wait to eat and get out ofthere! I'm hoping that they were just having a bad day, but we'll never go back to find out! Read more
