They make good coffee, but terrible customer service. They forgot one of my drinks on my mobile order instead of making it and... giving me what I paid for, they basically called me a liar. I showed them my receipt they made the drink, but were very rudeabout it. No apologies no making it right. This is the second time this has happened. Customer is king! Edit* Thank you to thestore manager for apologizing to me in person I appreciate that. I will continue to give business here just hope the weekendteen employees get some more training on how to deal with such situations. Thanks again for the apology. Read more
First off the most important thing is the coffee, ZIggi's gets this right from the start robust and smooth coffee that makes any... morning better. The flavors and options of drinks they have is second to none and the biggest area that pushes them over theedge is their sugar-free selection. Many of the national chains have very limited sugar free options...Enter Ziggi's. Everypossible flavor I could ever want in both regular and sugar free. Second is service. While I am mentioning service second it isby no means second. This team is the most friendly and helpful group of baristas out there. If you want to try a new drink theywill find you something perfect and they will always do it with a smile and contagious joy. I always leave Ziggi's with a smileand whole heartedly reccomend them to anyone. Read more
I came through not knowing what I wanted and asked for something special and they got it right away. Service is always super... friendly, when there is a lot of cars it can be really really slow then. The only thing I really do not like as if I pay with acredit card and they asked me for a tip. I hate that. I would much rather just fill out the whole touchscreen on my own and givewhat I want to give without being solicited. But I do love the coffee and I do love the staff here! Read more
One of the worst coffees I've ever had. Too sugary and very obviously quickly made with little regard for quality. Just overall... not a great experience, and the manager was rude and disrespectful. Definitely will not be going back, and I wouldn't recommendit. Read more

May I suggest Joyful Brews right down the road! This ziggis is the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. I got the Java Chip and... it just tasted like water with chocolate. There couldn't have been coffee in it. This place was never good to begin but somehowit gets worse everytime I go. Read more
