Berwick Maine 10:45am I walked in and nobody was up front - all the food was open. She comes around and greeted me kindly but... warned the debit machine might not work. I said ok and risked it. I order a turkey sandwich with bacon but only the baconcooked? she grabbed two pieces of bacon that already looked to be cooked and burnt them. I looked over at veggies and they werebrown and dry. She started putting brown lettuce on my sandwich and I finally said that?s really brown. She goes ?well I?m notsure my other lettuce will be any better? and I pointed at the fresh green bin and said ? that one right there?? . I HAD NOT BEEN TO THIS SUBWAY IN A WHILE CAUSE OF THE WAY SUBWAY HANDLED THE PANDEMIC.I looked to see if they had new menue,only... to see the prices have gone up by 5 dollars!If I'm gonna pay 15 dollars and change fo a large sub your outa your mind!,I walkedout the door for 2 dollars more I can get thepu pu platter fo one and a side of pork fried rice.At least this meal feeds metwice and it's a variety and within 1 min.just over the border to somersworth! I don't know what the deal is with the older guy behind the counter, but I walk in to wait. I'm just standing in the normal area... at the beginning of the sandwich area where people start building a sandwich. So another guy comes in a couple minutes later andhe gets helped first. Alright no big deal, mistakes happen. But then another guy comes in and he starts getting helped before metoo. Unless I somehow turned invisible, there's no way that's an accident. What's the deal? Every time I've tried getting a sandwich from this place it's just a hot mess in wrapping paper. Tonight I tried again (lesson... finally learned i think) and the Flatbread was cut in such a way that i LITERALLY couldn't eat the sandwich. Everything fell outwhen you tried to pick it up and hold it in any way. My husband asked them to either remake it or refund us for that sandwichand they refused to do either. So basically I paid them for an inedible mess in wrapping paper. Lesson learned, I guess. Read more

I am not impressed. I got a footlong steak and cheese, supposed to be 2 scoops of steak, she did one and then charged me for a... foot long pro when I asked for another scoop. I would have been happy to pay for the foot long pro if that's what I actuallyrecieved. Subway has went way down. Read more
