Amazing food, service and cleanliness of the resturant. The only reason I'm giving 3/5 is the management/ownership. Working... their employees butts off for minimum wage, here in Friday night 8 customers in the store, half waiting to be served, half justserved. It is like this many weekends. Very nice restaurant and the staff was really good. Will go there again next time I am in Berwick.
I don't know if it's just me but subway products just keep getting blander and blander. Like less and less tastes in the food.
Most of the time staff are a bit grumpy to customers or arguing with eachother behind the counter. The quality of the food has... dropped a lot since new owners took over. Read more
I tried to go at 9pm, the door was locked, open sign turned off with a be back in 10 minutes sign posted. Walked around for 15... minutes, still locked up. Not sure what was going on, but I would hazard a guess that someone enjoyed the pay check and not thejob. I wonder what else they aren?t doing besides the bare minimum of keeping the doors open during business hours. Will not beback. Read more
yumm just dont trust the roast beef ordered a sub with roast beef once and opened it up and the roast beef was green i took it... up and complained and the guy working argued it was ok thats just what happens to roast beef when it sits out for a long time...cookies are bomb though Read more
