Met Vicky and her husband at the Luzerne County Fair in 2021, and oh my these guys make the most DELICIOUS food! I can honestly... say I didn\'t even know what an empanada was but their menu display has a description and when I asked they went into furtherdetail without hesitation. I proceeded to follow them to other events around the area and each time I must say they neverdisappoint! Even my 3 year old devoured her pizza empanada!
